Getting USPS packages here
UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon can deliver to us right away. For USPS, federal rules require USPS Form 1583, which lets us accept mail for you.

- The form. Fill it out in store with us, or download it and bring it in

How should packages be addressed?

How long do you hold packages?
Up to 7 days. After that there is a $5 per day storage fee.
Do credits expire?
Ask at the counter about current terms when you buy a bundle.
Can I receive USPS packages?
Yes, once you complete USPS Form 1583 with 2 IDs. UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon work right away.
How will I know my package arrived?
We email you as soon as it is checked in.
