What you can drop off

- Amazon returns. Prelabeled packages
- FedEx and USPS QR codes. We scan the code and print the label, no printer needed

After the cutoff your package still goes out the next business day.
Drop off questions
Is there a fee to drop off a package?
No. Dropping off prelabeled packages is free. We only charge if we create a label or pack items for you.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time during store hours.
Can you scan my return QR code?
Yes, for FedEx and USPS returns. Show us the QR code and we print the label for you. UPS and Amazon returns need a printed label.
What time do I need to drop off for same day pickup?
USPS by 12 PM, FedEx Express by 2 PM, FedEx Ground by 4 PM and UPS by 6 PM, Monday to Friday. On Saturday, USPS picks up at 12 PM and UPS at 2 PM.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Ask for a drop off receipt and we will give you one.
Can I drop off several packages at once?
Of course. Bring as many prelabeled packages as you have.
